- Right to work in Australia and photo ID
- National Police Check, issued within the last three years
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, cleared
- Working with Children Check
- CPR (HLTAID009) and First Aid (HLTAID011)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
- Immunisation record, including this year's flu vaccination
- Manual handling and infection control certificates
- Driver licence, plus a registered and insured car
- CV and two recent referees
Registered and Enrolled Nurses, in addition
- Current Ahpra registration with no conditions
- Medication administration notation (Enrolled Nurses)
- Wound care, catheter and SPC competency
- Indemnity cover, if working under an ABN
Support Workers, AIN and PCA, in addition
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Assistance with medication competency
- Evidence of personal care and mobility experience
