Do I need a My Aged Care assessment?

To access Support at Home, yes, an assessment through My Aged Care is required. We can guide you through the process if you have not been assessed.

Support at Home is the Australian Government’s in-home aged care program. It uses eight classifications based on the level of support you need.

Yes. All our in-home aged care is delivered under an RN-led model, with a registered nurse overseeing your care and stepping in clinically when needed.
