If you hold a DVA Gold or White Card and need nursing support at home in Sydney, ABC Homes N Services is an approved DVA Community Nursing provider delivering RN-led clinical nursing across the city. Care is provided upon a GP referral and is subject to DVA assessment. Care that knows you. Who Is Eligible
DVA Gold Card holders may access community nursing based on assessed clinical need. DVA White Card holders may access nursing for DVA-accepted service-related conditions. A GP referral is required and all entitlements are subject to DVA assessment. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Am I eligible for DVA community nursing?
Gold Card holders may access funded community nursing based on assessed clinical need. White Card holders may access nursing related to an accepted service-related condition. Eligibility is determined by DVA. A GP referral is required.
What nursing services does DVA fund at home?
DVA-funded community nursing may include wound care, medication management, hospital to home recovery, palliative nursing, chronic disease management, diabetes management, catheter care, PEG feeding, and continence support, all delivered at your home by AHPRA-registered nurses.
How do I get a DVA referral for nursing?
